We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We are excited to create as intimate a celebration as possible with our family and friends.

No, we have chosen to have adults only at our wedding day celebrations. We appreciate your understanding.

We’d love to see our guests get dressed up in festive cocktail attire! Cocktail attire is a smidge more formal than semiformal attire. We request that guests do not take photos or video during the ceremony and ask that all devices are silenced and put away. Please feel free to take photos and video during the rest of the celebrations as you enjoy the moment. Professional photographers will be taking photos throughout the day that will be shared after our celebrations.

Please arrive no later than 3:00pm for our 3:30pm ceremony. We are excited to promptly begin our celebrations to enjoy an evening of fun!

Eagles Nest Reserve has a designated parking lot for guest parking. We encourage our guests to use Uber/Lyft services or carpool. Guests staying at our chosen hotel blocks are welcome to use the shuttle services to and from our event, learn more in travel & accommodations.
