We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We are excited to create as intimate a celebration as possible with our family and friends.

We have chosen to have adults only at our wedding day celebrations. We appreciate your understanding.

The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp. Please arrive by 3:45pm at the latest to allow time to find a seat.

We’d love to see our guests get dressed up in their best summertime cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is a smidge more formal than semi formal attire. Think tea-length, midi, and ankle-length dresses and suits. Guests are encouraged to embrace a festive flare and lean into vibrant, summery colors, joyful prints, and playful textures and accessories. Eagles Nest Reserve has a designated guest parking lot with around 30 spaces that we expect to fill quickly. We highly encourage our guests to use the shuttle, Uber/Lyft, or carpool due to the limited parking. We are providing shuttle services to and from the hotels in our Travel & Accommodations section. Guests that are not staying at the hotels can use the shuttle to and from the CedarTree Hotel if they use street parking nearby. Learn more in Travel & Accommodations section.

We request that guests do not take photos or video during the ceremony and ask that all devices are silenced and put away. Please feel free to take photos and video during the rest of the celebrations as you enjoy the moment. Professional photographers will be taking photos throughout the day that will be shared after our celebrations.
