There is limited parking at Eagles Nest Reserve that we expect to fill quickly and additional parking is not available close by. We highly recommend that guests utilize our shuttle services or alternative transportation like Uber/Lyft. See below for details on shuttle services.

The shuttle will be picking up guests from both hotel locations. Guests that are not staying at the hotels can use the shuttle to and from the CedarTree Hotel. Please park on the street if you are not a guest of the CedarTree Hotel. Street parking is plenty.

Pick-up from CedarTree Hotel: 3PM

Pick-up from Staybridge Suites: 3:10PM

After the wedding, the shuttle will drop off guests at both hotel locations. The shuttle's final stop of the evening will be West Union Pub for guests that wish to attend our dive-bar after party.
